Registration is done via Oxford Abstracts:

• If you already have an account with Oxford Abstracts, please log in and start the registration process.
• If you do not have an account with Oxford Abstracts, then please click on the above link and create an account first. As soon as this is done, you will be able to follow the steps of the registration process.

Three steps to finalize your registration

STEP 1: Selection of the registration category

Student definition: Participants enrolled in a university or residency program at the time of registration. Students/residents that are not EWDA members are asked to upload a proof of eligibility (university enrollment) when registering.

STEP 2: Selection of additional conference events (so-called add-ons)

At this stage of the process,you will have to decide whether you would like to book add-ons such as workshops,
the EWDA Network Meeting, the banquet dinner or the post-conference tour.

NOTE: There are 4 workshops held in parallel on Monday, 9 September 2024, i.e. you will not be able to attend more than one workshop in the morning. The workshop on Aquatic Mammal Health offers two practical training sessions in the afternoon. Please note that the training sessions will be held in parallel to the EWDA Network Meeting.

Partner Add-ons: If you are travelling with family members to the conference and would like them to join some or all of the social and networking events such as the excursion on Wednesday, the banquet dinner on Friday night, or the post-conference tour on Saturday, you can select so-called partner add-ons at this stage of the process. If the capacity limit is reached by conference participants, priority will be given to them. In this case your partner add-on will be refunded.

STEP 3: Registration of personal data and completion of your registration

To complete your registration, enter your personal data and answer the questions in the registration form. At the end of the process, you can download your invoice. Payment has to be done offline by bank transfer. 

Note: Your registration will be marked “incomplete” until payment has been received and will then be switched to “complete”. Oxford Abstract will send you an e-mail to confirm change of status. This e-mail will come from EWDA2024. Please check your junk folder if a confirmation is not received within 10 days.
In case your organization is covering the costs, you have the possibility to forward the invoice (download link) directly to the person in charge within your organization.

Cancellation policy

If you choose to cancel your registration the following terms will apply:

A transfer of registration to another person is possible at any time for a transfer fee of 20 EUR.
